Gold and Sterling Locket with window to 3mm garent and your tintype
Our bottom hinged rectangular locket made of sterling silver is inspired in shape by the jewelry of the 1920’s with its lines and curves. The top of the locket is hand engraved and filled with gold. These shapes: flowers chains, drapery and urns are inspired by Victorian architectural decorations still present in much of Philadelphia’s 19th century architecture. The front also feature a diamond shaped window that exposes a 3mm garnet, set in the back plate of the locket.
The opened locket reviles a silver frame, and scalloped mat with a tintype of your choosing.

The locket is 22.5 mm wide, 47 mm high (to the bail) with a depth of 8.5 mm.
Please note —Just like our open pendants, the tintype is protected by a watch crystal. Treat this locket with with the same care as an antique pocket watch. the crystal protects the tintype but is not water proof.
